1. SERVICES OFFERED
DALIA SOLUTIONS LLC provides home warranty services, initially charged for one month before being transferred to our service partner, First American Home Warranty Corporation. Our service plans include:
Essential Plan – $19.99 per month – OneTime
Advanced Plan – $29.99 per month – OneTime
Comprehensive Plan – $49.99 per month – OneTime
Once a customer is transferred to First American Home Warranty Corporation, all future service-related matters must be handled directly with them.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users must provide accurate information during registration or purchase. Misrepresentation may result in termination of service. Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account details. Unauthorized use of our website is strictly prohibited.
3. PAYMENT AND BILLING
Customers agree to pay the initial one-time fee for the selected home warranty plan. Payments are processed securely, and we do not store card details. After service transfer, all future billing inquiries should be directed to First American Home Warranty Corporation.
4. REFUND POLICY
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase and before the service transfer. No refunds will be issued after the transfer. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DALIA SOLUTIONS LLC is not liable for any service defects, delays, or claims once a customer’s details have been transferred to First American Home Warranty Corporation. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
User data is handled per our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and usage practices.
7. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if a user violates these Terms. Termination does not entitle users to refunds unless stated otherwise.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes must be resolved in the courts of New York.
